Fitness Classes
This fitness program offers 3 moderate-intensity classes per week in our fitness studio with experienced instructor Paula Masson. We endeavour to provide a good mix of cardio workouts with strength and toning exercises.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30-9:30am; held at the Community Centre.
Cost: $43/month or $5/class

Seniors Fitness
This program is designed primarily for seniors and those who do not wish to participate in our regular aerobic fitness classes. Our instructor, Madeline Oxner, leads the class where the emphasis is on improving muscle tone, flexibility and strength in an atmosphere of fun and friendship.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00-10:45am
Cost: $75/15 weeks or $3/class

Pickle Ball
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. This wonderful game is gaining in popularity and is played on three courts. All ages and abilities welcome. Balls and racquets provided.
- Sundays from 12:00-2:00pm
- Tuesdays from 9:00-11:30am and 7:00-9:00pm
- Fridays from 1:30-4:00pm
Held at the Community Centre.
Cost: $3/session
Badminton
We offer badminton each week. This is open to everyone 16+. All skill levels welcome.
Wednesdays from 7:00-9:00pm; held at the Community Centre.
Cost: $5/session
Walkin’ in the Mornin’
Get your day off to a great start with an indoor walk. Walk at your own pace, socialize with friends, and experience the benefits of a regular walking program. This is an unsupervised activity.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00-9:00am; held at the Community Centre
Cost: FREE
Weight Training
The Weight Room is currently unable to open due to the Provincial sector plan requirements for Nova Scotia Fitness Industries. Existing memberships will be honoured upon re-opening.
Weight training offers tremendous benefits to good health, strength, muscle tone, and body shape. The room is open through the week from 8:00am daily until the building closes each night, or you can pay a deposit of $40 and sign out a key that permits access any day of the week from 6:00am-11:00pm. Ages 13+. Registration and waiver form must be completed.
Cost: $43/month or $150/4 months for adults; $10/month for students
